Endurance Premier Systems
TH64 and TH96 are different Endurance structural systems used across different building sizes and configurations. The appropriate system is selected according to the proposed building, site conditions and engineering requirements rather than by size alone.
TH64 System
One of the Endurance Premier building systems suitable for selected garage, workshop and shed applications. TH64 design capability depends on the building configuration and site conditions, including factors such as roof pitch, wind region, terrain, span, height and bay spacing. Final suitability is confirmed through the project engineering process.
TH96 System
A larger Premier Endurance building system for applications requiring greater design capacity. TH96 provides a broader design envelope for larger Endurance buildings, but the available combination of span, height, bay spacing and roof pitch still depends on site conditions and project engineering.

Terrain Category

Topography
Hills, ridges and steep slopes can change the wind at your site.
Site-specific design wind speed
The engineer uses your site details to set this wind value. It helps shape the building design.
Final project classification and structural requirements are determined through the engineering process and the issued project documentation.

Depending on the Endurance system and project, your documentation can include architectural drawings, engineering documentation, slab or footing information, structural marking diagrams, cladding diagrams and a bill of materials. Roller-Door Planning
Roller doors form part of the overall shed design. Door size, building configuration and site wind conditions can affect the required roller-door specification and whether additional wind-resistance measures are required.
Carport configurations
Endurance carport planning can include skillion, cantilevered skillion and gable forms, with gable infills, cladding, gutters, downpipes and skylights considered where applicable.

Classification follows the actual use and project circumstances. This is general education, not a classification decision or legal advice.
Class 10a
Commonly includes non-habitable structures such as private garages, sheds and carports. That does not mean every shed is automatically Class 10a.
Class 1a
A dwelling or residential building classification. An ordinary shed does not automatically become suitable for habitation or a Class 1a building.

Endurance projects use general assembly information together with project-specific drawings/documentation. The project-specific documents remain the authority for that building. Customers should check the documentation supplied for their own building before work begins.
Slab, footing and foundation requirements depend on the selected building, site and project engineering. The project-specific drawings and engineering should be followed.
