Patio & Shed Kits WA is operated by AWGC PTY LTD as trustee for the Jacaza Trading Trust, ABN 53 450 519 692. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that business.
Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you deal with us. It may include:
- your name, contact details and the details of your enquiry;
- property, site, project, product, design, pricing and approval information you give us;
- account, business and application details supplied through wholesale login or application features;
- photos, images, plans, documents and other files you upload, including material used with a visualiser or avatar feature;
- records of quotes, orders, support requests and our direct communications with you; and
- website usage and device information where analytics or advertising tools are configured.
Please only provide information and files that are relevant to your request and that you are authorised to share.
How we collect information
We collect information when you use our public website features or communicate with us, including through:
- enquiry, contact, quote and other public forms;
- patio and shed calculators;
- file uploads, visualiser and avatar features;
- wholesale login and wholesale application features;
- the embedded Quotec 3D shed design tool; and
- email, telephone and other direct communications with our team.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to enquiries and prepare or follow up quotes;
- provide products, services and customer support;
- administer projects, orders, documentation and approval-related work;
- operate our customer relationship management systems, including ShedSuite;
- process uploaded material and produce requested AI-assisted renders;
- send transactional messages about your enquiry, quote, order, project or account; and
- operate, maintain and understand the use of our website and services.
Service providers and website tools
We use service providers to run our website and business systems. Depending on the feature you use, information may be handled by providers in these categories:
- website hosting and object storage;
- customer relationship management and ShedSuite operations;
- an SMTP service used to send public website lead messages, and separate email providers used for existing email operations;
- upload handling and AI-render processing services where you use those features;
- Quotec, through the embedded 3D shed design tool; and
- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity when those tools are configured.
Embedded tools and configured analytics services may also collect information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies, analytics and similar technologies
Our current website configuration does not enable Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads or Microsoft Clarity. These tools will not load unless they are configured.
The website uses limited first-party browser storage for operational purposes such as retaining enquiry attribution, preventing duplicate submissions, recovering page loads and maintaining authorised sessions or interface preferences. We will review this policy and whether a consent mechanism is required before enabling non-essential analytics, advertising or session-replay technology.
Marketing and communications
Sending an enquiry, using a calculator, uploading a file or applying for wholesale access does not give us blanket consent to send marketing. We may send communications needed to deal with your enquiry, quote, product, service, project, approval, support request or account.
Overseas processing
The processing locations used by our providers have not been verified as Australian-only. Some providers may store or process information outside Australia, and those locations may vary as providers and their infrastructure change.
How long we keep information
We do not publish one fixed retention period for all information. How long information is kept depends on why it was collected, ongoing enquiries or projects, business and record-keeping needs, dispute or warranty requirements, and the operation of our systems and service providers.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No website, upload, storage system or email transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure or confidential, so please take care with what you send online.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us for access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct information you believe is inaccurate, or make a privacy complaint. We may need enough information to identify you and understand your request.
