Where practical, video call assistance directly from the construction site for component identification, sequencing and general guidance. Customers shouldn't have to spend $100's of dollars for support — with us, it's all part of the service.

The free workshop, phone help and video calls offer education and technical support only. You and your chosen builder or trades remain responsible for a safe and correct build. The work must follow the engineering specifications, Australian Standards, building codes and local authority rules.
This help is not site supervision, project management or installation certification. It is not engineering approval. PSKWA does not take responsibility for the finished structure.
