Site Plan Preparation Guide
Use this guide to ask what site details may be useful. It is not an official document list. It does not decide if you need a permit or if your design is okay. Ask the council or a qualified expert what your project needs.
Scope and next step
This resource is a general planning guide, not a required document list, project check, application service, or permit, exemption or compliance decision. What you need depends on your project, property and type of application. Check with your local council, permit authority or a qualified professional.
